Sushitime is generally better quality in my opinion, especially for the price. Upgrade is okay, but Sushitime feels a bit more premium.

I prefer Sushitime, their rice is always perfect and the portions feel more generous. Upgrade is fine if you're in a pinch, but Sushitime wins for me.
